Friends

~Dragons always have friends, no matter how secluded and anti-social they may be, and this dragon is of no exception. In fact, I have two very close friends, who I would not trade all the riches in the world for.

~If I had to start out with one, I would have to start out with my vampire friend. Her name is secretive, but I prefer to call her Garlic as a little tease because of human’s fanciful story telling. I possibly hear from her the most, as she does not stop talking at all. Not that it is a harmful thing. She is a very talented artist, in more ways than she is willing to admit. She is very attractive, brunette with stunning brown eyes, an excellent figure, and is not afraid to capture the eyes of gentlemen on the street. She used to be wary of dragons, but soon her opinions were changed because of me.

~However, not every story is happy. Before we met, her childhood was long and painful. She went through so much that I could not begin to describe. From there, she eventually found herself one of the vampires. She never recalled how or why, but that is the way things are. In these days, I keep an eye out for her to make sure she is alright, and she usually stays out of trouble… usually.

~My other friend, and possibly the closest friend I could have, would be the witch. She doesn’t have a name, and prefers to keep it that way. Possibly the shortest a person could be without being a dwarf, she is quite powerful for her size. In the common places, she is easily spotted by her unique, curly hair, blue eyes that could freeze an ocean, and an attitude that is unpredictable. Outside of the public grounds however, she looks at the world through a different perspective. Oftentimes, we do not agree in our ideologies, but we look after each other closely. To be honest, it is impossible for me to say where our friendship started. But I do know since then, we are for all intensive purposes, family. At least that is what she tells me. I find it hard to believe since I am a dragon, but oh well.

~These two girls here i have trusted with my life, and in return I give them anything I can offer. They are family to me, and I hope they feel the same. And as you read on in the tales that come, you will see they have their hand in events more often than you would think.
